For over 25 years, Dr. Donna R. Austin has influenced the landscape of public-school education by enhancing the learning process for students to achieve optimal academic and personal excellence. Dr. Austin graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership from Florida A & M University. She has built her career as a change agent by creating mentoring programs for economically disadvantaged students and being a masterful relationship builder. Discovering a need for changing the stereotype of Title I schools, she founded Croire, Inc., an educational consulting firm that specializes in developing family engagement and conducting process and outcome evaluations for educational programs.
